Instruments Committee

The Instruments Committee is the main permanent advisory body of The Netherlands Musical Instrument Foundation and consists of experts from the music world. The main task of this committee is to assess the applications of musicians; on the other hand, to advise, solicited or unsolicited, on the acquisition policy and thus on the composition of the collection of instruments. In addition, it acts as a think tank for management/board and the staff. The committee consists of a minimum of six and a maximum of eight members and meets at least three times a year.

  deputy leader of Noord Nederlands Orkest, principal cello teacher at the Royal Conservatoy and Prince Claus Conservatory

• Quirine Scheffers
