Your donation enables us to continue supporting our musicians and nurturing our high-quality collection. Thanks to you, more than 430 musicians in the Netherlands are able to borrow an instrument. In this way, The Netherlands Musical Instrument Foundation contributes to a thriving musical life of the highest standard.

Become a donor to the foundation

The Netherlands Musical Instrument Foundation is a private foundation and is entirely dependent on donors. The foundation does not receive any subsidies. Your donation will enable us to maintain and refine our high-quality collection of over 600 instruments and 300 bows. We place our instruments in the hands of passionate musicians, who can be heard on stages throughout the Netherlands.

  • A fitting destination for your instrument

    Perhaps you have a musical instrument that you no longer play. And you are considering making this instrument available to a talented musician. You can do so through The Musical Instrument Foundation.

  • Leave to the foundation

    It is also possible to continue supporting The Musical Instrument Foundation after your death. You can include the fund as a beneficiary in your will. The Foundation is exempt from inheritance tax, which means that the fund can use the entire amount you leave behind to help musicians.

    Would you like to make a donation with maximum tax benefits? Then commit to your donation for a minimum period of 5 years in a donation agreement. You can get a large part of your donation back.

Have your address or bank details changed? Or would you like to change or cancel your donation to The Musical Instrument Foundation? You can notify us by email or by calling 020 622 1255. We will send you a confirmation via e-mail or a letter afterwards.
