Het Muziekinstrumentenfonds kocht deze viool in 1996 bij een Nederlandse handelaar. Marette Haaxman was de eerste gelukkige die de viool mocht bespelen. Sinds eind 2014 is hij in bruikleen bij Babette van den Berg.
