Workshop(s)
Parijs

“I first learned the basics of the trade from my father, Stéphane Thomachot, and then trained with Noel Burke in Ireland.

After that, I was fortunate enough to continue my training in the workshops of Emmanuel Carlier, Arthur Dubroca, and Alexandre Aumont in Paris, and with Yung Chin in New York.

I have also participated in various competitions, including the VSA, where I received a Certificate of Merit in 2016 for a viola bow, in 2018 for a violin bow, and in 2024 for a cello bow.

In 2022, I participated in the Mittenwald International Violin Competition. There, I received a silver medal for my violin bow and a bronze medal for my cello bow.

These days, I have my own workshop in Romainville, just a stone's throw from Paris.”
