History of this instrument
In 2006, the Musical Instrument Fund commissioned Andreas Grütter to build this violin bow. This was made possible in part by the Louisa van der Velden Foundation. Papillon Boddeke and Quintijn van Brummen were also delighted with this Amsterdam-made bow. Currently, Floor Kes is the lucky player.
