The Musical Instrument Foundation's collection of 600 instruments and 300 bows has been built up with the help of many donors. Do you own an instrument that you no longer play? If so, the Foundation may be a suitable recipient. You can use this form to submit your offer.

Before we go into detail about your offer, we would like to ask you to first submit the instrument using this form. It helps us greatly if the information about an instrument is as complete as possible. If you do not have all the information, please leave those fields blank.
We will contact you within two weeks* after receiving. Of course, filling out the form does not obligate you to anything. If your instrument turns out not to be suitable for inclusion in the foundation’s collection, the foundation is always happy to work with you to find an alternative home for it.
