Hi! My name is Margot Kolodziej, and I’m the first violinist of the ADAM Quartet. Together with the quartet, I give many concerts both at home and abroad. When I’m not performing with the quartet, I enjoy playing with Pynarello or various chamber orchestras.
Since July 2023, I’ve been playing a fantastic violin by Gudrun Kremeier, on loan from the Musical Instrument Fund. This violin has a beautiful palette of tones, and I discover new nuances in it every week. It has tremendous power and fits perfectly within the quartet.
I also have my magnificent bow by Victor François Fétique on loan from this foundation. With this combination, I can take my playing to an even deeper level.
I am incredibly grateful to the Musical Instrument Fund for allowing me to use this wonderful combination.
