Ernst Jan Vos
violin, violin bow
My name is Ernst Jan Vos, and I am a classical violinist. Since the summer of 2017, I have been playing a violin from the Musical Instrument Fund’s collection.
As a musician, finding a good instrument is a difficult quest. I am therefore very grateful that, with the help of the Musical Instrument Fund, I am able to play a beautiful Carlo Ferdinando Landolfi violin from 1755.
As a young violinist and musician, having access to a high-quality instrument that suits you is an exceptional opportunity, and I am very grateful to the Musical Instrument Fund for that.
