Connie Lou
grand piano
My name is Connie Lou. In 2022, I began my bachelor’s degree in classical piano at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague.
I started taking piano lessons when I was four years old. In 2016, I was admitted to the School for Young Talent (SvJT) at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, where I studied with Marlies van Gent. From 2016 to 2020, I reached the finals of the Steinway Piano Competition three years in a row. In 2022, I was admitted to the Royal Conservatory, where I am currently studying classical piano with Ellen Corver.
In 2023, the Musical Instrument Fund loaned me a beautiful 2002 Kawai grand piano, which I take great pleasure in playing.
