History of this instrument
In 2021, the Musical Instrument Fund added this grand piano to its collection thanks to a donation from a private individual. This individual was the piano’s first owner and had taken great pleasure in playing it ever since purchasing it. She hopes that, through the Musical Instrument Fund, the grand piano will find a wonderful home with a talented pianist. That wish has come true: Stan Verstegen was the first lucky person to begin playing the instrument from Kakegawa, and now it is Konstatinos Markou’s turn.
