History of this instrument
In 1995, a private individual donated this 1974 Yamaha grand piano to the Musical Instrument Fund. Alexander Scholtes was the first to play the instrument, followed by Evgueni Jeanningros. Aida Sighararian Asi, Nicolas van Poucke, Olga Mustafaeva, Maria Ines Mellissa Maer, Rik Kuppen, and Stefan Christian Bele have also played this instrument from Kakegawa. Currently, Matvey Glukovskiy is the lucky pianist.
