History of this instrument
In 2016, the Musical Instrument Foundation purchased this Lyon & Healy. The harp emerged as the favorite following an extensive selection process in which Anneleen Schuitemaker, the candidate chosen by the Musical Instrument Foundation, was closely involved. Anneleen was able to try out a large number of harps before settling on this beautiful Lyon & Healy. The purchase was made possible thanks to a contribution from the Van Reekum van Moorselaar Foundation. Anneleen Schuitemaker has been playing the harp since its purchase.
