History of this instrument
In 2024, the Musical Instrument Fund received a phone call from a woman who explained that her father had passed away and that he had bequeathed his grand piano to the fund. It turned out that her father had maintained his cherished grand piano very well. After a thorough examination by a piano expert, it was determined that the grand piano was in excellent condition and suitable in every respect for the pianists who turn to the fund for assistance. The grand piano was able to be loaned out almost immediately to a candidate on our waiting list: Elizabeth Goh.
