Püchner
built in Nauheim in 1974
A Püchner bassoon, Model 23, serial number 7990, built in Nauheim (Germany) in 1974.
History of this instrument
This bassoon was donated to us in the spring of 2025 by a professor emeritus at Leiden University and an enthusiastic bassoonist. This was a very welcome addition, coming in the very second year that the bassoon had been added to the collection of the Musical Instrument Foundation. Ramón Alejandro is currently in charge of the instrument on a project basis.
