My name is Maria-Paula Majoor, and I am a violinist with the Matangi Quartet. For 11 years now, I have had the privilege of playing a beautiful Jacobs violin from the Musical Instrument Fund. It is an instrument with great versatility, richness of tone, and character. In the Matangi Quartet, this violin truly shines!
In addition to my work as concertmaster of the Matangi Quartet, I perform in various chamber music ensembles and chamber orchestras.
