My name is Florianne, I'm 26 years old, and I've been playing the cello since I was 8.
My name is Florianne, I am 26 years old, and I have been playing the cello since I was 8. I took lessons from Jiri Prchal in Leeuwarden and then from Corine 't Hoen in the Young Talent Class at the Prince Claus Conservatory in Groningen. Between 2015 and 2018, I studied at the School for Young Talent at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, where I was taught by Lucia Swarts. After that, I studied with Jeroen Reuling at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels. I am currently working as a performing musician, and since 2025 I have served as Associate Concertmaster of the Residentie Orkest. I have a beautiful French bow on loan from the Musical Instrument Fund, which I am very happy with.
